Michael Vlismas is a freelance sports writer and broadcaster, and owner of his own sports media agency. He writes and broadcasts on sport for a variety of South African and international publications and radio stations. He is also a columnist in various sports and lifestyle publications, and the editor of the golf publication Golflinks and the Africa correspondent for Global Golf Post.

He has written Don’t Choke - A Champion's Guide to Winning Under Pressure with Gary Player, Challenging Beliefs with Professor Tim Noakes, and The Extraordinary Book of South African Golf.
