Paul Holden

 

Paul_Holden28-year-old Paul Holden is a South African freelance writer, researcher, and historian. He has contributed to Peter Delius’s collection on the history of Mpumalanga, and has worked as project manager and research coordinator for Johannesburg’s Old Fort and the Sunday Times/SAHA Heritage Project. Paul studied a Masters in South African history at the University of the Witwatersrand.

 

Paul is the author of The Arms Deal in your Pocket, a book inspired by his thesis topic, which was published by Jonathan Ball in 2009. He is also a DJ and musician and he's been working on his follow up book due for release later this year entitled Who Rules South Africa? with writer and editor Martin Plaut. He currently lives in London with partner Mia Allers.
